HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROCEDURES
In order to ensure your safety as well as that of our team members,
we have implemented a welcome charter along with strict hygiene and safety procedures.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- We strictly follow hygiene guidelines and safety standards.

Use of virucidal disinfectant for cleaning contact areas
(door handles, pens, keys, surfaces, etc.). - Hand sanitiser and masks are available on request.
- Your room keys will be handed over after prior disinfection.

Your invoice can be sent by email during your stay for verification,
allowing you to reduce time spent at reception at check-out.
CLEANING

We carry out thorough and frequent cleaning of all common areas,
including disinfection (using EN14476-compliant products) of door handles,
switches, buttons, room keys and reception desks. -
All rooms and bathrooms are fully cleaned with disinfectant detergents
between each guest. Our housekeeping teams have received adapted training
and are equipped with gloves (and masks if requested by the guest). - All linen and in-room amenities are systematically replaced between each guest.
BREAKFAST

Our breakfast service has been adapted to minimise contact.
A staff-served buffet is available.
We appreciate your understanding as we work towards reintroducing
a full self-service buffet under safe conditions. -
To facilitate this, we ask you to select a time slot for breakfast,
allowing us to better organise arrivals and shared use of the space.
SERVICES

The restaurant is open from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm for half-board guests,
and the bar is also open.
